This lady is an angel. We placed our order end of last year I think for 4 days time. Then we postponed to next August but 3 weeks ago we changed our mind as we swore this year was our year. And registry office let us change back. We paid for our order in full in Feb so it wasn't an issue and she managed to do all our order and received today. I was very wary about ordering and buying artificial flowers and done a lot of research before choosing to go with Michelle. I’ve got to say I’ve been so impressed by the level of service received. From the very first message till receipt of my beautiful flowers yesterday
Within 2 days of paying my deposit I had a receipt issued in the post. I received a mail to say my flowers would be early. I sent over my final payment and without a single hitch I received a lovey big hat box the day after they were sent.
I can’t believe how real they look. I ordered the “at last” bouquets, button holes and flower girl and bridesmaid and they are all amazing. So beautiful. The tiny finishing touches of diamontes and pearls just set them off.
If you like me have looked through thousands of florists looking for a good quality product at a reasonable price look no further. I am so happy with these. Wow.... Where do I start, I had a vision and today my vision came true.
From the very first message to today when I cried happy over whelmed tears when I opened by beautifully packaged flowers.
The service I received was amazing, every question I asked was answered.
I even nervously sent a piece of my late grandmas veil to see if it could be added somehow, Michelle let me know straight away when it arrived and she has very carefully transformed it into a beautiful rose.
